Tessa is amazing and clearly loves and cares for all the dogs she walks, grooms, and cares for. We had tried Truffel before with another dog walker and noticed she was never happy when she came home, so we were a little apprehensive about trying again, but Tessa made it very easy for both us and Truffel. Since she started her pack walks (3 times a week), we've noticed she's happier and more confident, and we're so impressed with how well her training is going. We can't recommend Le Chein highly enough, and Truffel would say the same if she could speak!

Tessa is the best! Our dog, Harley, has been going on group walks with her for a year now, and she's never been happier—she's living her best life with all her canine companions. She's incredibly reliable, always sends great videos, and is always responsive. Our older dog can't go on long walks, but Tessa takes fantastic care of him too. Fantastic service!

Tessa spends a lot of time getting to know your dog well and helping it get used to the friends it's walked with. As a result, my dog is even more socialized and has learned to function well in a group of dogs. Tessa maintains a good atmosphere and group composition. During walks, she gives your dog a tag with her number, keeps the group perfectly under control, and regularly sends videos and photos of the walk. When my dog hears her voice in such a video, she wags her tail enthusiastically. If she notices anything about your dog, for example, a physical or behavioral issue, she contacts you and discusses the matter. She picks up my dog twice a week and brings her back home. It's a comforting and reassuring thought that she's in such good hands.

I've been a loyal customer at Le Chien for 15 years! First our sweet Labrador "Gio," and now our Labrador "for four years." Tessa and all the other girls do a fantastic job with the dogs. This can be seen weekly in the videos and photos shared. Dexter was terribly restless and hyperactive as a puppy. We were on the verge of returning him to the breeder. But thanks to the excellent, expert guidance of Tessa (and her pack), Dex is now a super sweet, affectionate, and loyal dog! We also have a positive experience with the grooming salon.
